The reasoning

Why we charge less than Jobber and the others.

It's not magic. Three reasons.

    We don't have a sales team.

    You sign up online. You don't get called. Nobody on our payroll is on commission. That alone is ~30% of the cost of every legacy field service tool.

  2. 02

    We don't try to be everything.

    Jobber serves plumbers, electricians, HVAC, lawn care, cleaning, painting, locksmiths, dog walkers, and probably 40 other trades. Each one needs different things. We picked one — lawn care, under 10 employees — and we don't carry the engineering cost of all the others.

  3. 03

    We won't add features just to justify a higher tier.

    The $19 tier has the features a solo operator actually needs. The $49 tier adds the things a crew specifically needs. There's no "Premium" tier coming. Promise.
