Invoicing & payments

Invoices go out the second you mark a job complete. Money hits your bank in 2 days.

73% of small businesses are hurt by late payments. We built MowNext to make sure that's not you.

Auto-invoice on job complete

Tap "Mark complete." The invoice is in the customer's inbox before you've turned on the truck. PDF attached, photos optional, branded with your logo and your business info.

Stripe-native, 2-day payouts

We use Stripe directly. You connect your Stripe account; payments go from your customer to your bank in 2 business days. No 7–10 day delays like Yardbook. Standard 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction — the cheapest reliable rate in the industry.

Card on file & autopay

Customers can save a card. You can flip on autopay per customer. The card runs the moment the invoice is created. No "did they pay yet?" check on Sunday night.

Tip support

The customer's invoice has a tip option (15% / 20% / custom / none). Most lawn care SaaS doesn't support this. Operators on our beta have made an extra $40–$200/month in tips since we shipped it.

Customer-pays-fee toggle

Don't want to eat the 2.9%? Flip the toggle and the customer covers it. Most pay it without a second thought; the few who push back, you can disable per-customer.

Customer self-service portal

Customers click a link in their invoice email and see all their open invoices, payment history, and saved cards. No login required, no password reset emails. They pay you faster because there's no friction.

Overdue reminders, automated

Three days overdue → polite email. Seven days → firmer email with payment link. Fourteen days → SMS (Crew tier). You don't chase. The system does.
