  • Free: $0, up to 20 active customers, 1 user, no online payments, no SMS.
  • Solo: $19/month or $190/year, unlimited customers, 1 user, online payments.
  • Crew: $49/month or $490/year, up to 5 users, online payments, time tracking, SMS, 500 included SMS segments.
  • Crew+: $89/month or $890/year, up to 10 users, online payments, time tracking, SMS, 2000 included SMS segments.

Trial behavior

New operators start with a 14-day Crew trial without a card. The trial gives access to Crew-tier behavior during the trial window. The app shows a trial banner when the account is trialing and has a trial end date.

Billing page

The Billing page is owner-only. It shows the current tier, subscription status, trial end or next renewal date, payment method summary, SMS segment usage, and a link to change plan.

If a Stripe billing customer exists, owners can open the Stripe billing portal to update payment details or manage cancellation.

Cancellation

Cancellation is handled through Stripe. The app explains that paid access stays in place through the paid period, then the account downgrades according to plan rules.

Feature limits

  • Customer creation is blocked on Free after 20 active customers.
  • Online payments require Solo or higher and completed payment setup.
  • Team invites require Crew or higher.
  • Time tracking requires Crew or higher.
  • SMS requires Crew or higher and is counted by segment.
  • Crew members require available seats.

SMS usage

The Billing page shows SMS usage for the current period. Segment caps are plan-based, and long or nonstandard messages can use more than one segment.
