Time tracking availability

Time tracking requires Crew or Crew+ and an active subscription state. When enabled, the time clock dock appears in the app except on the Hours report page.

Clock in and out

Use the floating clock button to clock in or clock out. The expanded state shows whether you are clocked in, the current shift duration, and total time worked today.

If you clock in from a job detail page, the time entry can be linked to that job. Clocking in outside a job can track idle or shop time.

Job start and complete

When time tracking is enabled, starting and completing jobs can also open and close job-linked time entries. Location can be captured when the device allows geolocation.

Offline time punches

Clock-in and clock-out actions can queue offline. After the device reconnects, leave the app open so queued punches can sync.

Hours report

  • Owners can filter by date range and crew member.
  • Crew users see their own entries.
  • The report shows total hours, billable job hours, idle/shop hours, daily summary, weekly summary, and individual entries.
  • Owners can export CSV.
  • Owners can edit entries. Crew can edit their own closed entries for a limited time after clock-out.

Auto-closed entries

Some entries may be flagged as auto-closed. Review those in the Hours report so the final time record matches what actually happened in the field.
