Team is owner-only

Only owners can open Team. Team invites require Crew or Crew+ and an active subscription state. Solo and Free plans are single-user plans.

Seat limits

  • Free: 1 user.
  • Solo: 1 user.
  • Crew: up to 5 users.
  • Crew+: up to 10 users.
  • The Team page shows active seats, seat limit, and remaining seats.

Invite a user

  1. Open Team.
  2. Enter the person's full name and email.
  3. Choose owner or crew role.
  4. Send the invite.
  5. The invited person opens the email link, enters their name if needed, and accepts.

Invite expiration

Invite magic links expire after 15 minutes and can be used once. Resend the invite if the recipient waits too long.

Manage members

  • Owners can change a member role between owner and crew.
  • Owners can deactivate and reactivate members.
  • You cannot deactivate yourself from the Team page.
  • The account must keep at least one active owner.
  • An email already active in another account cannot be invited into this account.

What crew can do

Crew users can work assigned routes, open assigned jobs, start work, add photos, complete or skip jobs, and use time tracking when the account plan allows it. Crew users do not manage customers, services, estimates, invoices, messages, team, or billing.

Downgrades

If a plan change lowers the seat limit, MowNext preserves data and deactivates extra active users based on the seat enforcement rules. Review Team after a downgrade before dispatching work.
